The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the creativity of principals and organizational development in primary schools of district two in the city of Tehran. The statistical population includes 86 elementary school principals in district two of Tehran city that were working in the 1402 academic year. In terms of method, this research is among the descriptive researches of the correlation type. Before implementation, the validity and reliability of the research tools were verified. In order to investigate the research questions, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression, Fisher's correlation coefficient and repeated measurement variance analysis were used. The statistical population included all principals of public elementary schools in Tehran city who were working in 1402, and among all regions, region two was selected as a sample. Using stratified random sampling, 86 managers were selected. The tools used in this research were Soltani's Creativity Questionnaire and Crawford's Organizational Development Questionnaire, which were translated by Moghimi. Reliability and validity of the research tools were obtained before distributing the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between managers' creativity and organizational development. For men (r = 0.01, p < 0.51) and for women (r = 0.01, p < 0.61). Factors that influenced the development of the organization: originality, flexibility. Finally, the data showed that principals of primary schools in Tehran have a relatively high level of creativity. The results of data analysis in line with research objectives show that creativity has a significant and direct relationship with organizational development. Also, the analysis of the data obtained from the multiple regression analysis shows that the creativity of managers is a significant predictor of organizational development in elementary schools in the second district of Tehran with a probability of 99%.
