چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: مدیریت از ارکان هر سازمان و جامعه‌ای است و در نظام‌های آموزش و پرورش اهمیت بسیار بالایی دارد؛ زیرا آموزش و پرورش نقش اساسی در گردش امور جامعه و تداوم و بقای آن برعهده دارد و مدیریت آموزشی، لازمه آموزش و یادگیری با کیفیت در بافت مدارس است که خود مستلزم توجه به نظریه‌ها و نظریه‌پردازی‌ها است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف درآمدی بر تاکسونومی نظریه‌پردازی و نظریه‌های مدیریت آموزشی با رویکردی تحلیلی انجام گرفت.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این مطالعه برای دستیابی به هدف فوق از روش تحقیق تحلیلی اسنادی استفاده گردیده و سعی شده است که به طور تفصیلی دوره­های مدیریت آموزشی در جهان از آغاز تا اکنون، با الگو قرار دادن تقسیم­بندی میرکمالی (1395) که 7 دوره را شامل می­شود، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. همچنین جایگاه نظریه­پردازی و نظریه­های مدیریت آموزشی در ایران نیز به طور مختصر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و به صورت اجمالی تشریح گردیده است.
یافته‌ها: براساس بررسی‌ها و تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته، یافته‌ها نشان داد رشته مدیریت آموزشی به عنوان شاخه­ای از آموزش عالی به تدریج شکل گرفته و به سوی ساختاری منظم و مرکب از موضوعات، عناوین، مفاهیم، اصول، مهارتها، اصطلاحات و نظریه‌های مربوط به خود پیش رفته است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مدیران آموزشی نقشِ حیاتی و حساس در پیش‌برد اهداف آموزش و پرورش دارند و کلیه فعالیت‌های آموزش و یادگیری در مدارس و موسسات آموزشی را در جهت رسیدن به هدف‌های تعلیم و تربیت، همسو و هماهنگ می‌کنند. این امر نیازمند آگاهی از نظریه‌هاست که مطالعه این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان دانش نظری آنان را در این امر یاری رساند. همچنین پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند مورد استفاده کنشگران عرصه تعلیم و تربیت به ویژه اساتید و دانشجویان مدیریت آموزشی قرار گیرد.

An Introduction to the Taxonomy of Theorizing and Educational Management Theories: An Analytical Approach

چکیده English

Introduction: Management is one of the pillars of any organization and society and is of great importance in education systems because education plays a fundamental role in the flow of society's affairs and its continuity and survival, and educational management is a prerequisite for quality education and learning in the context of schools, which itself requires attention to theories and theorizing. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of providing an introduction to the taxonomy of theorizing and educational management theories with an analytical approach.
Research Methodology: In this study, the analytical-documentary research method has been used to achieve the above goal and an attempt has been made to examine in detail the educational management courses in the world from the beginning to the present, using the MirKamali (2016) classification, which includes 7 periods. Also, the position of theorizing and theories of educational management in Iran has been briefly studied and briefly explained.
Findings: Based on the studies and analyses conducted, the findings showed that the field of educational management as a branch of higher education has gradually formed and has progressed towards a systematic structure composed of related topics, titles, concepts, principles, skills, terms, and theories.
Conclusion: Educational administrators play a vital and sensitive role in advancing the goals of education and training and coordinate all teaching and learning activities in schools and educational institutions to achieve the goals of education. This requires knowledge of theories, which the study of this research can help them in this matter as theoretical knowledge. Also, the present research can be used by educational activists, especially professors and students of educational management.
