تحلیل کیفی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های آموزش تفکر انتقادی در کارکنان آموزش و پرورش سبزوار

چکیده
مقدمه وهدف: آموزش تفکر انتقادی به‌عنوان یکی از مهارت‌های اساسی در نظام‌های آموزشی مدرن، نقش حیاتی در پرورش دانش‌آموزانی با توانایی تحلیل و استدلال ایفا می‌کند. این مقاله به بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های موجود در آموزش تفکر انتقادی در شهرستان سبزوار می‌پردازد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی موانع و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود فرآیند آموزش تفکر انتقادی در شهرستان سبزوار است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات توسعه‌ای و کاربردی با رویکرد کیفی  است که در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا آبان 1403 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 20نفراز  خبرگان  به عنوان تیم تصمیم جهت شناسایی شاخص های موثر  در شناسایی چالش ها و فرصت هادر آموزش تفکر انتقادی  است که از روش و نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند(غیر تصادفی)  و با استفاده از روش گلوله‌برفی استفاده  شد.
یافته‌ها : طبق نتایج پژوهش عوامل و شاخص های موثر در آموزش  تفکر انتقادی شامل 90 شاخص در غالب 15 معیار و 5 بعد (تحلیل و استدلال ، خلاقیت و نو آوری،حل مسئله ، ارزیابی و قضاوت و تفکر اجتماعی و اخلاقی)  شناسایی شد.برای بعد تحلیل و استدلال معیارهای توانایی تحلیل اطلاعات ، استدلال منطقی،تفکیک اطلاعات ، برای بعد خلاقیت ،تفکر خلاق ،ایجاد ایده های نو ،نوآوری در حل مسائل  ، برای بعد حل مسئله ، توانایی شناسائی مسائل ، توسعه راه حل ها ، ارزیابی و انتخاب بهترین راه حل برای بعد اریابی و قضاوت ،ارزیابی اطلاعات ، قضاوت بر اساس شواهد تحلیل نتایج و در نهایت برای بعد تفکر اجتماعی و اخلاقی ، تفکر اجتماعی ، تفکر اخلاقی و توانایی همکاری اعتبار  و تقسیم شد .
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برای بررسی و شناسایی چالش ها و فرصت ها در اداره آموزش و پرورش سبزوار باید به پنج بعد تحلیل و استدلال ، خلاقیت و نو آوری،حل مسئله ، ارزیابی و قضاوت و تفکر اجتماعی و اخلاقی و توجه داشت.

چکیده English

Introduction:
Critical Thinking Education as one of the essential skills in modern education systems plays a vital role in nurturing students with the ability to analyze and reason. This article examines the challenges and opportunities in critical thinking in Sabzevar city. The purpose of this study is to identify obstacles and provide solutions to improving the process of critical thinking education in Sabzevar
research methodology:
This study is aimed at development and applied research with a qualitative approach conducted from May to November 1403. The statistical population includes 20 experts as a decision team to identify effective indicators in identifying challenges and opportunities for critical thinking training (non -random).
Findings:
 According to the results of the research, the factors and indicators in critical thinking education, including 90 indicators in most 15 criteria and 5 dimensions (analysis and reasoning, creativity and innovation, problem solving, evaluation and judgment and social and ethical thinking were identified. Arrangement and judgment, information evaluation, judgment were based on the evidence of results analysis, and ultimately for the dimension of social and ethical thinking, social thinking, moral thinking, and the ability to cooperate and the ability to cooperate.
Conclusion:
 The results showed that five dimensions of analysis and reasoning, creativity and innovation, problem solving, evaluation and judgment, and social and ethical thinking, should be considered to identify and identify challenges and opportunities in the Sabzevar Education Department.
