چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: تیپ‌های شخصیتی به دلیل تأثیرگذاری بر خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی، نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد فردی و ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی دارند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین تیپ‌های شخصیتی، خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی در میان کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 1 بندرعباس انجام شده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل 893 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 1 بندرعباس بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 265 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد تیپ شخصیتی کاستا (1962)، پرسشنامه خلاقیت ژو و جورج (2001)، و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار-آن جمع‌آوری شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید و متخصصان تأیید و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای تیپ شخصیتی (0.84)، خلاقیت (0.92) و هوش هیجانی (0.86) محاسبه شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌های آماری شامل همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام انجام گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین تیپ‌های شخصیتی با خلاقیت ( r=0.470، p<0.05 ) و هوش هیجانی (r=0.510، p<0.05 ) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، تیپ‌های شخصیتی توانستند 48 درصد از تغییرات خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی را پیش‌بینی کنند.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تیپ‌های شخصیتی تأثیر مستقیمی بر خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی دارند و می‌توانند به‌عنوان یک مولفه مهم در پیش‌بینی و ارتقاء این ویژگی‌ها در محیط‌های کاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

Introduction: Personality types significantly influence creativity and emotional intelligence, playing a crucial role in enhancing individual performance and creating new career opportunities. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between personality types, creativity, and emotional intelligence among employees of the Department of Education, District 1 of Bandar Abbas.
research methodology This descriptive-correlational and applied research surveyed a population of 893 employees from the Department of Education, District 1, Bandar Abbas. Based on Morgan’s table, 265 participants were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires: Costa's Personality Type Inventory (1962), Zhou and George’s Creativity Scale (2001), and the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts, and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha, yielding coefficients of 0.84 for personality types, 0.92 for creativity, and 0.86 for emotional intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software and statistical methods including Pearson correlation and stepwise regression.
Findings: The results indicated a significant relationship between personality types and creativity (r = 0.470, p < 0.05) as well as between personality types and emotional intelligence (r = 0.510, p < 0.05). Additionally, personality types predicted 48% of the variance in creativity and emotional intelligence.
Conclusion: This study demonstrates that personality types have a direct influence on creativity and emotional intelligence and can be considered a critical factor in predicting and improving these traits in work environments.
