نقش واسطه ای انعطاف پذیری راهبردی در ارتباط بین شایستگی های حرفه ای و چابکی سازمانی معلمان

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی نقش واسطه ای انعطاف پذیری راهبردی در ارتباط بین شایستگی های حرفه ای و چابکی سازمانی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی ناحیه 3 شیراز، بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع  همبستگی بود. روش اجرای پژوهش، پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی ناحیه 3 شیراز به تعداد 825 نفر در سال 1402 / 1403 می باشد. حجم نمونه شامل 375 نفر معلمان می باشد که به روش تصادفی طبقه ای و بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب می شوند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه، ترکیبی از کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد. برای گردآوری مبانی نظری و پیشنه تحقیق از روش کتابخانه ای و برای گردآوری اطلاعات آماری از روش میدانی استفاده شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی که توسط فلتو و همکاران (2011) ساخته شده است. پرسشنامه استاندارد صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان (موسوی و اباذری، 1396) استفاده می شود. پرسشنامه استاندارد انعطاف پذیری راهبردی (خادمی و امیرنژاد، 1399) استفاده شد. از آنجایی‌که اعتبار محتوای پرسش نامه توسط اساتید و سایر مطالعات معتبر داخلی و خارجی مورد تائید قرارگرفته است، از روایی لازم برخوردار می‌باشد. به منظور اندازه‌گیری قابلیت اعتماد، از روش آلفای کرونباخ و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام می‌شود. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پرسشنامه ها به ترتیب 86/0، 79/0، 89/0، بود. داده های گردآوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون، معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از نرم افزارهای  SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد بین شایستگی­ های حرفه ­ای با چابکی سازمانی  رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین انعطاف ­پذیری راهبردی با چابکی سازمانی نیز رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین انعطاف­پذیری راهبردی با هر یک از ابعاد انعطاف­پذیری، سرعت پاسخگویی و شایستگی  رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین شایستگی مدیریتی با انعطاف ­پذیری راهبردی، شایستگی اخلاقی با انعطاف ­پذیری راهبردی و شایستگی فناورانه با انعطاف ­پذیری راهبردی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: انعطاف­پذیری راهبردی در ارتباط بین شایستگی­ های حرفه ­ای و چابکی سازمانی از دیدگاه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی، نقش واسطه­ ای دارد.

The mediating role of strategic flexibility in the relationship between professional competencies and organizational agility of teachers

چکیده English

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of strategic flexibility in the relationship between professional competencies and organizational agility of primary school teachers in the 3rd district of Shiraz.
research methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature and method. The research method was a survey. The statistical population of this research includes all the primary school teachers of the 3rd district of Shiraz, numbering 825 people in the year 2023-2024. The sample size includes 375 teachers who are selected by stratified random method and based on Morgan's table. The method of collecting information in this study is a combination of library and field. The library method was used to collect the theoretical foundations and the research background, and the field method was used to collect the statistical information. To collect data from three organizational agility questionnaires made by Felto et al. (2011). The standard questionnaire of teachers' professional qualifications (Mousavi and Abazari, 2016) is used. Standard strategic flexibility questionnaire (khadem and Amirnejad, 2020) was used. Since the validity of the content of the questionnaire has been confirmed by professors and other valid domestic and foreign studies, it has the necessary validity. In order to measure reliability, it is done by Cronbach's alpha method and using spss software. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaires was 0.86, 0.79, 0.89, respectively. The collected data were tested using regression analysis, structural equations and path analysis. SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The research findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between professional competencies and organizational agility. There is also a positive and significant relationship between strategic flexibility and organizational agility.
Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between strategic flexibility and each of the dimensions of flexibility, response speed and competence
