مقایسه اشتیاق شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بین معلمان زن و مرد نسل Z مدارس ابتدایی

چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اشتیاق شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بین معلمان زن و مرد نسل Z مدارس ابتدایی بود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه ای بوده است. جامعه پژوهش جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان زن و مرد نسل Z مدارس ابتدایی (زیر 30 سال) شهر کرج بود که تعداد آنها 498 نفر بود. نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 218 نفر بود. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله ای بود، بدین ترتیب که شهر کرج به 5 منطقه شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب و مرکز تقسیم شده و از هر منطقه 10 مدرسه ابتدایی (5 مورد پسرانه و 5 مورد دخترانه) انتخاب شده و معلمان زیر 30 سال مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها روش تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-26 انجام شد.
یافته ­ها: نشان داد که به لحاظ اشتیاق شغلی و تعهد سازمانی بین معلمان زن و مرد نسل Z مدارس ابتدایی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و میانگین زنان بالاتر است. مطلوب است در خصوص افزایش اشتیاق شغلی و تعهد سازمانی معلمان مرد نسل z اقدامات لازم انجام پذیرد.

چکیده English

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to compare job engagement and organizational commitment between male and female teachers of Generation Z in elementary schools.
Research Methodology: The research population included all male and female teachers of Generation Z in elementary schools (under 30 years old) in Karaj city, which numbered 498. The sample was 218 people based on the Cochran formula. The sampling method was multi-stage cluster random sampling, so that Karaj city was divided into 5 regions: North, South, East, West, and Center, and 10 elementary schools were selected from each region and teachers under 30 years old were questioned. Two-way analysis of variance was performed using SPSS-26 software to analyze the data.
Findings: The results showed that there is a significant difference in terms of job engagement and organizational commitment between male and female teachers of Generation Z in elementary schools, and the average for women is higher. It is desirable to take necessary measures to increase the job engagement and organizational commitment of male teachers of Generation Z
