چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: نظام آموزشی یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان جامعه و مدارس یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان توسعه هر کشور و سیاست‌گذاری آموزشی یکی از مهم‌ترین فرایندهای اساسی در سیاست‌گذاری دولت است. بحران همه‌گیری کووید-19 از فضای بهداشت عمومی فراتر رفته و بخش‌های مختلف از جمله آموزش و پرورش را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. هدف از این پژوهش، تجزیه و تحلیل چالش‌های آموزش مجازی، سیاست‌های جبران افت یادگیری، جذب ترک ‌تحصیلان و رسالت مدارس در پسا کرونا در ایران است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی اسناد انجام شد. ابتدا منابع الکترونیک، اسناد و مقالات مرتبط با آموزش و بیماری کرونا شناسایی و فایل­ها مرتبط در سال تحصیلی1402-1401با مراجعه به وب‌سایت‌ها و پایگاه­های داده­ای مبتنی بر کلیدواژه‌‌های تخصصی جستجو و جمع‌آوری گردید. اسناد به‌صورت هدفمند بر اساس مرتبط بودن باهدف پژوهش، نهایتاً50 سند با استفاده از چارچوب کلارک ‌­ویل انتخاب و پس از کدگذاری آنالیز انجام شد و تحلیل یافته­ها با روش تحلیل ­مضمون و بر اساس سلسله‌مراتب کینگ و همکاران صورت‌گرفته است.
یافته ­ها: با استفاده از نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل محتوای اسناد؛ چالش‌ها و مشکلات آموزشی به وجود آمده ناشی از کرونا، رسالت و سیاست‌گذاری جبران افت یادگیری و جذب ترک تحصیلان مدارس در پساکرونا در ایران، دارای6 مضمون اصلی و 33 مضمون‌ فرعی است.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج نشان داد مدارس باید درک بهتری از چگونگی تأثیر بحران کرونا بر یادگیری داشته و دارای رسالت‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری در حوزه آموزش در پساکرونا باشند. پیشنهاد راهکارهای مدیریتی و اجرایی برای رفع آسیب­ها و چالش­های حاصل از آن می­تواند زیربنای روشی مؤثر برای آموزش در دوران پساکرونا ایجاد نماید و برای پیشبرد اهداف تعلیم‌وتربیت به این رسالتها باید عمل گردد

چکیده English

educational system is one of most important pillars of society and schools,one of most important pillars of the development of any country, and educational policymaking is one of most important basic processes in government policymaking.Covid-19 pandemic crisis has gone beyond the public health space and has affected various sectors,including education. The purpose of this research is to Analysis of challenges in virtual education, policies to compensating for learning loss, attracting dropouts and the mission of schools in the post-corona period in Iran. research was conducted using qualitative content analysis of documents. First, electronic resources, documents, and articles related to education and the coronavirus were identified, and relevant files in the1401-1402 academic year, were searched and collected by referring to websites and databases based on specific keywords.documents were selected purposefully based on their relevance to the research objective,Ultimately,50 documents were chosen using the Clark ville framework,coded, and analyzed. analysis of findings was performed using thematic analysis based on the hierarchy established by King and colleagues.Using the results of document content analysis, the educational challenges and problems caused by the coronavirus, the mission and policy-making to compensate for the decline in learning and attracting Education dropouts in post-coronavirus Iran, have 6 main themes and 33 sub-themes.The results showed that schools should have a better understanding of how the Corona crisis affects learning and have missions and policies in the field of education in the postcorona. Suggesting management and executive solutions to address the damages and challenges resulting from it can create the foundation for an effective method for education in the postcorona period, and these missions should be implemented to advance the goals of education
