Introduction: The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic thinking on improving organizational performance. Strategic thinking, as one of the key capabilities in management, plays a fundamental role in analyzing environmental changes and identifying opportunities and challenges facing the organization.
research methodology: The research method of this study is descriptive correlational and data were collected through a standard questionnaire from a sample of 200 managers and employees of the General Directorate of Education of Fars Province. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and statistical methods of correlation and multiple regression.
Findings: The results showed that strategic thinking has a significant effect on improving productivity (correlation coefficient 0.68, significance level p<0.01), increasing organizational creativity (correlation coefficient 0.72, significance level p<0.01), and improving job satisfaction (correlation coefficient 0.65, significance level p<0.01) of employees.
Conclusion: The findings of this study show that strengthening strategic thinking at management and employee levels can improve the overall performance of the organization and pave the way for achieving strategic goals.
