چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مهارت‌های زندگی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان آبدانان صورت گرفت.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق شبه آزمایشی بود و از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 744 نفر دانش‌آموزان دختر ابتدایی پایه ششم شهرستان آبدانان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 بود و روش نمونه‌گیری پژوهش به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. از تعداد 5 دبستان شهرستان آبدانان که دارای پایه‌های ششم بودند دو مدرسه که در یک مدرسه 7 کلاس و در مدرسه دیگر 6 کلاس بود به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌ها در بین تمامی دانش‌آموزان (طبق فرمول کوکران 253 نفر) اجرا گردید و 24 نفر از دانش‌اموزان پس از غربالگری به وسیله پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی جرابک، پرسشنامه مسئوولیت‌پذیری، پرسشنامه پرخاشگری، به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شد. ابتدا هر دو گروه مورد پیش آزمون قرار گرفتند و سپس گروه آزمایش در ده جلسه  45 دقیقه ای آموزش مهارت زندگی به شیوه گروهی شرکت نمودند.
یافته ­ها: یافته های تحقیق با استفاده از روش کواریانس چندمتغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد آموزش گروهی مهارت‌های زندگی بر اضطراب اجتماعی و مسولیت-پذیری وپرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان آبدانان موثر است.
 نتیجه­ گیری: آموزش‌های گروهی مهارت‌ها زندگی میزان اضطراب و پرخاشگری را کاهش داده و میزان مسولیت‌پذیری را افزایش داده است..

چکیده English

Introduction: This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of group training of life skills on social anxiety, responsibility and aggression of sixth grade female students in Abdanan city.
Methodology: The research method was quasi-experimental and a pre-test-post-test design was used with a control group. The statistical population of this research included 744 female students of the sixth grade in Abdanan city in the academic year of 2022-2023and the sampling method of the research was done randomly. From the number of 5 elementary schools in Abdanan city that had 6th grades, two schools, one school had 7 classes and the other school had 6 classes, were Simple randomness selected and questionnaires were administered among all students (253 according to Cochran's formula) and 24 After screening, some of the students were selected in the accessible way and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups. First, both groups were pre-tested, and then the experimental group participated in ten 45-minute sessions of life skills training in a group manner.
Findings:  The research findings were analyzed using the multivariate covariance method. The results of the research showed that group training of life skills is effective on social anxiety, responsibility and aggression of sixth grade female students in Abdanan city.
Conclusion: Group training of life skills has reduced the level of anxiety and aggression and increased the level of responsibility.
