چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل رفتاری توانمندسازی مدیران آموزش و پرورش استان فارس انجام شد.
روش شناسی پژوهش: طرح پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی بوده است.  روش پژوهش در بخش کیفی مطالعه موردی و در بخش کمّی توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام مدیران آموزش و پرورش استان فارس به تعداد 580 نفر بود. انتخاب نمونه در بخش کیفی به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و با تکنیک ملاک محور صورت گرفت. حجم نمونه تا مرحله پدیدآیی نظم و عدم گسترش 14 نفر شد. نمونه ­گیری بخش کمّی به‌صورت نمونه ­گیری تصادفی ساده انجام و حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران 466  نفر شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در بخش میدانی از بررسی و کنکاش اسناد بالادستی و اسناد آموزش در بخش کتابخانه­ای، استفاده شد. تجزیه‌ وتحلیل داده­ها در بخش کیفی بر اساس تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. همچنین در بخش کمّی، برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان دهنده نزدیک 60 شاخص و 3 مؤلفه (انگیزشی، خودتوانمندسازی و نظارت و توانمندسازی) است و در نهایت مدل پژوهش ارائه شد. عوامل رفتاری با بار عاملی 59/0 و آماره تی 25/9 بر توانمندسازی مدیران تأثیر گذار است.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: شاخص­های برازش هنجار شده بنتلربونت، برازش نسبی، برازش افزایشی، شاخص­های تطبیقی مدل نشان داد که مدل طراحی­شده از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود.

Designing and Validating the Behavioral Model of Empowering Education Managers in Fars Province

چکیده English

Introduction: The present research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the behavioral model of empowering education managers in Fars province.
research methodology: T This research was a qualitative strategy. The research method was a case study in the qualitative part and descriptive survey in the quantitative part. The statistical population included all education managers of Fars province, numbering 580 people. The selection of the sample in the qualitative part was done by the purposeful sampling method and criterion-oriented technique. The sample size was 14 people until the emergence of order and non-spreading. Quantitative part sampling was done by simple random sampling and the sample size was 466 according to Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part of the field section to examine and explore upstream documents and training documents in the library section. Data analysis was done in the qualitative section based on thematic analysis. Also, in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The obtained results show nearly 60 indicators and 3 components (motivational, self-empowerment and supervision and empowerment) and finally the research model was presented. Behavioral factors with a factor load of 0.59 and a T-statistic of 9.25 have an effect on the empowerment of managers
Conclusion: Bentlerbont's normalized fit indices, relative fit, incremental fit, comparative indices of the model showed that the designed model had a good fit.
